Bread – 3 slices
Eggs – 2
Milk – 1/3 cup
Garlic – 2 cloves
Basil – 1 tbsp
Cheese – 1/3 cup
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper

Whisk the eggs + milk together in a bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients, and stir well. Soak a slice of bread in the mix for about 30 seconds. Heat a non-stick frying pan, drizzle it with oil, and transfer the soaked bread to it. Let it fry for about a minute and flip it over. Once both sides resemble a golden colour, take it off the pan. Repeat the same for the other 2 slices of bread.
