1. How can I cancel my order?

Sorry, but we do not accept returns. Because after all, who’s ever wanted to return bottles of sheer goodness, right?

3. What is the refund process and how long does it take?

A refund is initiated as soon as you cancel an order and should reflect in the source account within 7 working days. In case of a delay, please write to us at hello@doyoubeauty.com and mention your order number; we promise to take it up immediately.

4. What happens when I exhaust my coupons, offers or reward points for an order that later gets cancelled?

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Tell us your name, registered mobile number and order number and one of our representatives will get in touch with you shortly. If you’ve received an incorrect product, the correct product will be shipped to you within 3 business days.
